Note that the days and times modules run on, or the room to which they are allocated, may vary from week to week, so please check your online timetable regularly.

Text Size - Click on the A at the top left of the screen to set the text size
Right Chevron - Go to the next week
Left Chevron - Go to the previous week
Alt-n - Go to the next week (Internet Explorer Only)
Alt-p - Go to previous week (Internet Explorer Only)
Date Picker - Click on the Calendar icon to select a date to view a weekly timetable.
Home Button - Click on this button to show 'My Uclan Timetable' for the current week.
Search Facility - Click on the Search icon to search and view a timetable by type. Enter either a code, or part of a code, or part of a title e.g entering “theatre” in the search box for a Room usage Timetable and click the search button. This will return all the rooms with the word ”theatre“ in the title. Click on the code link to display the timetable for the room.
Current Week - Click on the 'This Week' button to take you back to the current weeks timetable>
Tool tips – Hover your mouse over a timetable event and further details will show, e.g. EventID (unique reference number of timetable event) and CRN (relates to the particular delivery of a module code) – this information may be of use if you are having problems with your timetable.

Clashing Events on your personal timetable are highlighted in red and include details of each event in the clash. Please contact your school to resolve these clashes.
Groups - Where there is a group specified in brackets on an event on your personal timetable – this is the group session you have been allocated to attend (i.e. where the module is being taught in a number of smaller sessions). In some cases more than one group will be showing, this indicates that a number of groups are being taught together and you will be allocated to one of these. If you believe you are not in that group and should be attending an alternative session please speak to your School Office.
Saturday, Sunday and time slots after 17:00 are only shown if you have events during those time slots.
